Back Orders
In the event that a product is not available at the time of invoicing then CompuCare will place the item on Back-Order. The product will be shipped to the customer as soon as the part is available via an authorized courier service. If the customer would like the Back-Ordered part to be placed in Will-Call for pick up then he/she must notify CompuCare right away.
Product Warranty
CompuCare warrants new merchandise for 30 days from the date of original purchase. After 30 days all remedies and support will be provided directly from the manufacturer. In the event that the manufacturer is unavailable or unresponsive, CompuCare will provide assistance to buyer for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Exceptions to this warranty are: Computer memory has a lifetime warranty from CompuCare, to original purchaser with original receipt.
OEM packaged microprocessors and CPU's are warranted from the manufacturer for a period of 30 days from date of original purchase.

System Warranty
CompuCare warrants that new computer systems will be: 1) Free from defect in materials for a period of one year. 2) Free from defects in workmanship for the life of the product from the date of original invoice.
Warranty is valid with original copy of invoice and is non transferable. Any physical damage or use outside of the manufacturer guidelines will void any CompuCare warranties.
7-day Money Back Guarantee
In addition to the standard warranty, CompuCare offers a 7-day money back guarantee on all purchases (Does not include special order or consumable items). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a refund. The refund will only be issued for the amount of the sale and will not include any labor or shipping costs. All systems and parts will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To return merchandise via a delivery service, you must obtain an RMA number. Please contact the customer service department within the CompuCare location that you purchased your product from to obtain the RMA number. Please be ready to provide the invoice number, item description, and serial number(s) of the merchandise you wish to return. Returned merchandise must be placed in original packaging, and include product manuals and other accessories. All sales on software items are final.
Returns can also be done by simply going back to the CompuCare location that you purchased the product from. |
